and otherwise prepared the sale of my father's beloved mountain home!! We simply would not have been able to face the many challenges we faced without him in our corner. My sister and I, having lost our mother and brother, and trying to remain focused on supporting our father, were literally able to sleep better at night, knowing David was "handling things"! It was a never ending stream of, David is meeting with the clean up crew; David is finding an electrician; David has arranged for this inspection or that; David is helping pack / donate old tools; David's cleaning up trash around the property; David is wiping down cabinets; and on and on and on it goes!! David could have charged 3x what he did and still would have been underpaid. From the deepest parts of our family's hearts and with immeasurable gratitude, thank you David!! You TRULY are one in a million!!!
